RAGBRAI is certainly an interesting experience. Hope to see many of you on the road there. I am riding with the Air Force Team again.
Between BAK and RAGBRAI in 2012, we had lots of wind and heat and I saw more did not finish folks than I have ever seen before. Maybe this year will be better. Happy Trails to you.

Myself and a friend have bought day passes for first 3 days. We are researching tour groups to carry the gear between towns. But, if a group comes together here, we would be glad to be involved in supporting the effort. Of course, the benefits of a tour group is reserved camp area and a place to hang your shower bag. Ah, it is all coming back to me...memories of the heat, the smells, the hard ground, the food, the KYBO...

I've entered the lottery at least, for the full week. A friend of mine from Chicago and I are "a team", but we're always glad to have other friendly faces to ride with and hang out with along the way.
My first RAGBRAI ever this year. Should be a good time.

Hi Mark,
I have the time taken off so that I can do Council Bluffs to Des Moines this year. I am going to be leaving my car with friends in Des Moines and taking the bus to Omaha on Saturday. I am just planning on getting day passes for Sun-Mon-Tues.
If a KC based team is being put together, I would love to help and be a part of the team.
Cheers!
Matt

If anyone is interested in doing RAGBRAI this year, please post some comments here. There are certainly some interested parties. This forum could be used to connect with others from the KC area making the trip.
