Welcome new riders! We're glad you're here.
And we want you to have fun. The best way to do that is to know your body.
Research and practice proper cycling hydration, cooling, fueling and recovery now. Know that our SAG drivers are not meant as a "convenience" but for serious health/mechanical issues. Be smart! If you start to feel beat, turn off early on a shorter official route.
Leave enough gas in your tank to ride yourself back to the start. And let's all watch out for each other. If you see someone who looks like they actually might need to be sagged in, talk to them. Find out. Make the call if they need it.
WHY ALL THIS? A casual SAG-in may prevent us from getting
to someone with a REAL need — bike or medical.
Thank you for understanding. We look forward to seeing you. Enjoy the ride!
No rider allowed to enter the 104-mile course after that time.
Watch your timing - rider support ends at 4pm.
