Cancellation Policy:
Event Attendees may cancel their reservations up to one week before the event. Upon canceling, a credit will be generated on the ClubExpress system. This credit will be available to use on future purchases. If you desire to have your credit card credited, you must contact the Club Treasurer to do so.

Events are rain or shine. However, the club reserves the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather. No refunds will be made in this case.
